IKEA
Wild Homes for Wildlife

The Challenge
To take 2D artist drawings and transform them into wonderful 3D sustainable homes for Greenwich’s bats, bees and creepy crawlies.

The Solution
To coincide with the opening of Ikea’s first fully sustainable UK store, we were lucky enough to have the task of transforming artist-designed sketches into unique animal homes for the local bats and bugs of Sutcliffe Park, Greenwich.
The beautifully individual Wildhomes were created from damaged or upcycled Ikea furniture, such as shelving, worktops and tables, and finished with sustainable and environmentally friendly paints to ensure they remained safe for animals to use.
Lucky little critters of south London, the results were amazing!
